With over four decades in the insurance industry, Kasheila (Kash) L. Browne, MHP, SFA, CSFS®, serves as the principal of Kash Browne & Company, LLC. She specializes in delivering tailored insurance and benefit consulting solutions to businesses across the western United States.
Kash's career spans 8 years as a senior account executive at Sedgwick, an international benefits consulting company, 13 years at Blue Cross of Idaho in multiple capacities, and 2 years as a sales account executive with IEC, a third-party administrator and HR consulting firm, all before launching her own business in 1999.
Among Kash's professional credentials are the Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) designation awarded by the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA), the Self Funding Academy (SFA) certification, and the Certified Self Funding Specialist (CSFS®) designation from the Health Care Administrators Association. These qualifications reflect her advanced knowledge and dedication to delivering superior consulting services.

Megan Browne

Megan Browne joined Kash Browne & Company, LLC in March 2013, bringing a diverse background to support Kash across all areas of employee benefits and HR services. At the time she joined the company, Megan was a teacher and coach in the Boise School District and worked as a New Restaurant Opening Trainer for Famous Dave's BBQ, where she trained staff at new locations across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Megan is an enthusiastic supporter of Idaho Ducks Unlimited and actively participates in many of their Southern Idaho events. She earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from Boise State University in 2009. Megan is an active member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professional (NABIP).

J. Miles Browne

J. Miles Browne joined Kash Browne & Company, LLC in 2001, bringing over 25 years of diverse business management experience. He oversees the implementation of technology solutions and manages overall business operations. With a rich background spanning both technical and non-technical management roles, Miles combines strategic innovation with a hands-on approach to project execution.
Before joining Kash Browne & Company, LLC, Miles spent 5 years directing statewide IT planning for the State of Idaho, 8 years managing global voice and data communications for an international engineering firm, and 10 years in sales and marketing for a leading telecommunications company. Miles earned his B.B.A. with a finance major from Idaho State University.
