Meet the Founder

Kasheila L. Browne, SFA, MHP, established Kash Browne & Company, LLC on May 1, 1999. Her leadership and commitment have been the driving force behind the company's growth and success ever since. Her experience includes:
  • Over 45 years in the insurance industry, bringing deep expertise and insight.
  • 25 years as an independent benefit consulting executive, delivering tailored services to businesses and individuals across the western United States.
  • 8 years as a Senior Account Executive with an international benefits consulting firm, managing over 40 major clients in the Pacific Northwest, including both self-funded and fully insured plans.
  • 13 years with a leading health insurance provider, gaining extensive industry knowledge.
  • 2 years as an Account Executive with a Third Party Administrator (TPA), further broadening her understanding of benefits administration.
