KASHEILA L. BROWNE
Principal
Kasheila (Kash) L. Browne, MHP, SFA, CSFS® has over 40 years' experience in the insurance industry and is the principal at Kash Browne & Company, LLC providing insurance and benefit consulting services to businesses in the western United States. Prior to establishing her business in 1999, Kash spent 8 years as a senior account executive with Sedgwick, an international benefits consulting firm, 13 years and several different positions with Blue Cross of Idaho, a major health insurance provider, and 2 years as a sales account executive with IEC, a TPA/Human Resources consulting firm.
Kash holds industry designations including Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) from Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA), the Self Funding Academy Designation (SFA) as well as the Certified Self Funding Specialist (CSFS®) designation from the Health Care Administrators Association.
MEGAN BROWNE
Producer/Client Services
Megan joined Kash Browne & Company in March 2013 to train with, and support Kash in all aspects of employee benefit and HR services. At the time she joined KB Co she had been teaching and coaching in the Boise School District and a New Restaurant Opening Trainer for Famous Dave's BBQ restaurants (training staff at new Famous Dave's restaurants in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico). She is an avid supporter of Idaho Ducks Unlimited and participates in many of the southern Idaho Ducks Unlimited events.
Megan received a B.S. Kinesiology from Boise State University in 2009.
J. MILES BROWNE
Partner/Operations
Mr. Browne joined Kash Browne & Company in 2001 to implement appropriate technologies and manage overall business operations. He has over 25 years' experience in business management; his career has included a variety of management roles in both technical and non-technical areas. He combines a high level of understanding of all aspects of business, a strong background in innovative strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to project execution.
Prior to joining Kash Browne & Company, he spent 5 years guiding statewide planning for information technology (IT) at the State of Idaho, 8 years managing voice and data communication worldwide for an international engineering and construction company, and 10 years in sales and marketing of telecommunication systems for a telecommunication industry leader.
Miles received his B.B.A., major in finance, from Idaho State University.
